Hello, I have been trying for weeks to redeem the promotional offers for signing up to 5G home internet. Reaching out to Verizon customer service has not been helpful. They provided instructions, however the names of what I should click on, or the screens and tiles I should be seeing do not exist. Why does it have to be this difficult!? Please help
Sign in to My Verizon (online or app).
2. Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3. Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.
4. Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile: *Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
*Click Select.
5.Follow instructions to complete the order.

We're sorry to read that you have been unable to get the offer for your 5G Home internet service. Have you tried accessing your My Verizon account through a computer? DId you ever receive an email about the offer? ~Peter

I see that the status of the order does not say "delivered" even tho the tracking number says the product was delivered and obviously I am in possession and using the devices. Does this have anything to do with it?

For anyone reading this, it seems that it's incredibly difficult to submit for this on your own. The only way to get the gift card, for me at least, was to create a post, and the reply to a PM in my community account. The representative who was there was actually very pleasant and helpful.
