Comcast email send from Outlook bolcked when sent from 5G Home

Comcast blocks my send email when I use 5G home. If I reset the 5G router it will send the emails but sometime later, a few hours or a day, Comcast will block send.
I spoke to Verizon but they can’t determine why. I suspect Comcast is purposely doing this using some sort of spam filter.
Gmail works fine.
