Continuous Internet Outage

My internet goes in and out daily, but usually only for a few minutes. However, yesterday (27 May 24), it was out for the whole day. According to Verizon, there were no known outages in my area, but no matter what I did I, I could not restore service. Today, my service is miraculously restored. Has anyone else experienced intermittent service issues?

(Iโ€™ve had this service for less than a month, if this is normal, I wonโ€™t be keeping it!)

Since there's no technical information here - I assume it's just to complain instead of actually troubleshooting the issue.

I am having the same issue. I need to speak to a live agent and keep being placed on hold- its been over an hour dealing with this and no help. I need a number to call to actually reach someone- in addition, I was supposed to receive a scheduled call last Fridayโ€ฆ and no call!
