Could not return 5G home gateway. Label not received even after 5 follow-up calls

I ordered 5G home internet and picked up the gateway from the Verizon store on July 19, 2024.
I tried the internet, but it was too slow. So, on July 22, 2024, I canceled the connection.
I received the return package after a few days to return the gateway. But, it did not have the return label on it.
I also received a wireless extender. I asked support to send a label for returning that, but I did not receive it yet.
I called support at least 6-7 times for this issue and followed up on the label, but I have not received the label yet.
I received a bill with a charge of $219 for not returning the gateway. The Agent confirmed that they will extend the return period of 30 days to 90 days. But, still got the bill for $219
Support mentioned that they cannot send a soft copy of the return label by email. Also, they don't have access to track the shipment of labels. The gateway cannot be returned in-store. So, I have to wait for the label.
VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AND SUPPORT.
It's been 43 days since the cancellation. I could not return the device and the support is not reverting the charge. How do I fix this issue? Any help is appreciated.

I am having the exact same problem. Just trying to return the router. It has been 1 month since the cancellation.
Supposedly 2 new return kits WITH a return label have been sent-neither received.
Going to try support again today before the return deadline of 9/7.
