So when we made the switch from T-Mobile to Verizon Internet, we were to get a bill credit. I have looked and looked to find how to upload the Tmobile bill but have been unsuccessful. I feel like we are gonna end up with the "you had to submit by" excuse. However we have had issues since the switch. It's been a nightmare. I'm already fighting to get other promotions honored due to a huge issue with our online order being canceled by a store, just to get a commission, we refused to work with that store. Now I have no idea how to send this Tmobile bill to get our bill credit. I am just so frustrated with this whole experience. WHETE DO I SEND THIS BILL TO GET OUR BILL CREDIT FROM VERIZON!??
I know how eager I would be to redeem my incentive for switching as well, Johnsonn1. I would be happy to assist with getting your bill submitted so you can receive your bill credit. You would have received an email communication from us regarding buying out your previous contract. Do you recall getting anything your email regarding submitting your previous providers bill?

No, I never had one sent to me. Like I stated about it's been a mess from the start. Which i am sure is part of the reason I never got one.
