I just received excellent customer service from Michelle when I called about an issue with managing my 5G Home devices and was told I would receive a survey.  I did not receive the survey, so I would like to commend Michelle for taking the time (over 1 hour) to solve my problem and, hopefully, this is the right place to do that.
