I would like to commend Verizon for an excellent customer service experience I recently had with "Cody" regarding billing questions I had. I have over 2 decades of being a Verizon customer and my customer service experience with him was exceptional! He first LISTENED to my concerns and then addressed them with patience and kindness. I am grateful to have had this gentleman respond to my issues and hope he is recognized for the terrific customer service he provides. Verizon is Lucky to have him!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
