Daily unstable connection & no relief in sight

For a few days now, my internet connection has suffered on stability. Originally, there was a disruption of service detected via Network Status which was supposedly resolved. However, when I use the troubleshoot option, it tells me otherwise as seen below. The estimated restoration time and date keeps changing.

To make sure it  hasn't been my end, I've restarted my router physically, over the app, and even through network settings website but to no avail. Therefore, I know it's Verizon's end. What is really going on? To be having these issues 3 months after receiving my 5G Home Internet device is supremely frustrating!

My thread can be closed or deleted as I broke down to contact support by chat. A gentleman named Steve helped me and it turns out the disruption is due to Verizon upgrading its service. Things should be resolved by tomorrow or the 29th. It was also good to know that it wasn't just me affected either.

The problem is still occurring and have noticed the disruption takes place roughly around 11am till 11pm EST. Even if the network status indicates "resolved" it truly isnt. Mind you, my router also constantly indicates an excellent signal. I really wish I could get an answer on this.
