Hi, we ordered the Verizon 5G Home Internet service through a December 2023 promotion that included all of the below. Coming up on 30 days here, we haven't received any instruction to claim these promotions, nor do they show up in the Make The Most Of Your Plans or Offers sections of the MyVerizon app.
Does anyone have any suggestions on who within Verizon actually can help sort this out?
