Frustrated doesn’t even begin to explain the nightmare this process has been!  I have called, chatted, escalated claims and I’m nowhere closer to getting the Xbox then I was on day one. 
After  the 2nd or 3rd escalation I finally received the Amazon gift card.  I have no idea what number escalation i am on now for the Xbox.  Please don’t ask me to check my tiles for the reward… it’s not there. 

I have been kind and pleasant because mama taught me you catch more flies with honey… but I’m fresh out of patience now (4 months!) so I’m posting here for help as my last try, next I will reach out to the BBB and the FCC because looking through all the postings I am not alone in this frustrating process.
