"We haven’t received the defective Verizon Home Internet equipment as part of your replacement order. Your account was billed the unreturned equipment fee shown below.

Don’t worry. We’ll issue a full refund if you return this equipment within 30 days of this email."

Below is a screen shot DIRECTLY from the UPS website with the Tracking number VERIZON SENT ME!

As you can CLEARLY see, you got the equipment back AUGUST 22, 2024!!!!!!  Escalate this RIGHT NOW!
