I recently sent my 5g wireless modem to Verizon’s Return Processing Center in Whiteland, Indiana, and now Verizon is claiming they never received it. I’m extremely frustrated because tracking shows the device was delivered, yet I’m being told it wasn’t received, and as a result I’m now being charged the full price for the trade-in device. I even have the tracking receipt that shows delivered to Whiteland! Worse because I am no longer a verizon customer they delete your account so you can't log in and only can talk to them on the phone.
This seems to be an ongoing issue that others have also experienced, and I’m concerned about the lack of resolution.
Has anyone else written a complaint to the FCC? What information did you add?
