After numerous support calls, I believe my issue is resolved. Half my 5G and 2.4G devices would drop off of outside world even though I had a connection. This had not been an issue the 1st 16-18 months of using this internet. Device would show connected but no internet. Great signal and speed. I would constantly reconnect device to router by rebooting device or 5G box. I got a new box and started connecting items 1 at a time. No issues. About an hour or 2 later, devices connected are now not working. I logged into my router using a pc that was still connected. To do this look at bottom of 5G router and get your Get your URL address, it will be something like 192.168.0.1 ,,,,, Type this into your search bar and you will connect to the 5G box. You then need the password on bottom of 5G box (not the wifi password, 9 capital characters and numbers). Once in the box app you will see devices. Click on devices until you see all of your devices and connections. Low and behold the ones not working were blocked. I switched them off of block and all devices came back on line like magic. Now another kick in the shorts. I am amal about the names of each device. Helps me keep track of connection issues, so I rename some of the devices using the Verizon app. Next thing i know those devices get blocked again. So I log back into router app and sure enough the 3 devices i renamed are showing blocked again. I changed the setting back and so far 3 days no issues. So either me changing the names started all my issues or something changed in one of the firmware updates. Either way I am back to 20 devices staying connected.

Thanks for this post— this seems to have addressed my issues. I too had renamed devices on the app and they wouldn’t reconnect. I followed your actions- and everything seems to be working!
