I am trying to take my smart TV off of my Verizon network so that I can hopefully resolve a technical issue. When I have my TV completely powered OFF it will still continue to announce various details every few minutes/hours . I should note that I am not able to see very well so I use a "screen-reader" to help me navigate through the screen and help me find the program that I want to watch. It is the "screen-reader" that is coming on every few minutes/hours and sometimes it give the battery level, and at other times it will give other information such as the screen it is on etcetera. The ONLY solution that I can come up with to solve this problem is to disconnect my smart tv from the Verizon network and then re-connect it to the network. My problem is that I cannot find a way to do that. I have the ASK NCQ 1388 FA gateway. Any help would be appreciated...THANK YOU.

Providing your TV model # would be helpful here -
Otherwise connecting to the router page with a separate device and making some kind of change (Creating an IoT network, and then turning the IoT network off and on - or some kind of change like that).

The model number of my Roku TV is 28S305. I will provide additional network details if they are needed.
Thanks again

Hello, todd-dj-reese. Thanks so much for the model number. Have you registered your Home Internet via the Admin site? To do so, please see the link below as you can see which devices you have connected where you can then manage them.

Hello
it is Todd once again. I just wanted to let You know that as of last night 03-19-24 I connected a Roku Ultra streaming device to my TCL Roku TV to see if that would solve my problem, Unfortunately that did not solve the problem. There have been mornings when I have been woken up at 3:00 in the morning only to hear my TV spitting out random bits of system information. IF I AM ABLE TO GET THE SYSTEM INFORMATION FOR THE ROKU ULTRA STREAMING BOX THAT I JUST CONNECTED TO MY TV, I WILL BE SURE TO LEAVE THAT INFORMATION ON HERE. I am just not sure if I will be able to get that information because I am not sure if my TV is actually using the Roku Ultra streaming box that I connected on 03-19-24 or not.
