Error when trying to redeem Nintendo Switch offer.

Hi,

I received the email for the nintendo switch and see the redemption tile but receive an error message when trying to accept the terms  “We’re sorry there was an error when adding your….promotion to your Verizon account, please try again later.”

 

I cleared my cache, logged in and out, refreshed my browser but is the same.

 

Please help.

Hi,

Thanks for responding so quickly.

I have try in the PC and my phone through the app and is the same after I accept the terms, always the same error message.

Same here I've used the chat feature. I've made phone calls and I still have no answers.
