Exclusive Home Offer missing

I received an email on 11/17/23 telling me to redeem an exclusive home offer (either Amazon echo, $200 Amazon gift card or Xbox one s). I went to try and redeem it, then got an error and  now it no longer shows. I’ve spoke to several Verizon representatives who keep escalating the issue and saying wait 48 hrs. But after waiting the 48 hrs each time nothing is fixed and I can’t redeem. I only have 60 days to redeem.. This is starting to make me lose trust in Verizon.

I also am not able to access the Exclusive Home Offers feature. I have tried the internet Verizon page and using the mobile app but with no success. Please help

I have the same problem. They are making us work to dig out this (promotional marketing) carrot that they dont really want us to eat because then they would have to pay for it.

Having the same issue with my XBox gift card and Moca adapter. Was initially there and now it has disappeared. Seems shady

Im having this same problem. I was supposed to get a $200 target gift card and a Nintendo switch snd today is the day i was supposed to redeem it. But my tabs are missing and when i tried to talk to someone now suddenly i cant redeem them until tomorrow and i just feel sc*mmed right now!
