Extender CE1000 Not Working

Recently got Verizon 5G Home Internet Plus with extender CE1000.

After some effort I got the extender to sync with the main modem and on my Verizon account it shows as "active" and the light is solid white as its supposed to be.

When my phone connects to the main modem it seems fine but when it connects to the extender it doesn't get any internet access.

I tried all the usual fixes like rebooting the extender, modem, etc.

Now I just unplugged the extender and I haven't had any issues.

Anyone have any ideas?
