Absolutely horrible home 5G internet speeds last two days in Portland, OR.
I am getting up and down speeds a tenth of what I am paying for sites take forever to load. Lots of buffering and problems with video streaming. Have had service less than a month and was fine when I first got it. But now reminds me of dial up speed. Signal strength which is usually at 3 bars on the home reception unit has been at 1 bar since this problem started. Have not moved or touched anything. Did a re start on the modem yesterday. Exactly the same.
Was worried about the over the air reception and impressed when I first set up. But now thinking will not be a customer long if continues. Very disappointing.
Latest speed test: 33MBPS down, 8MBPS up. Ridiculous. Three days ago: 250 - 300MBPS down, 25 - 30MBPS up
