Very frustrated with the promo that we uave tried to redeem. We did the promo where went you signed up you got to choose between the Amazon Echo Show 10, the xbox series s or the $200 amazon gift card. When we clicked on the redeem button in the app after setting up our plan it glitched and never sent us out a confirmation email. I contacted Verizon and have been getting the run around on it and now am being told it will be 4 to 6 weeks! This is not fair at all. Its not my fault and they should honor the fine print of their promotion and fix the issue! We were planning on using the money for christmas and now because they wont fix it we have to wait. Its not right!
