I have been going round in circles with Verizon ever since getting the home internet service during one of your biggest promotional deals.
I originally purchased the internet in February, but was never sent a link to verify my credit, so it was never sent. I repurchased the internet in March with you saying that I would still get the promotional deal (get a free Nintendo Switch AND a choice between the laptop or gift card). I have finally received my Nintendo Switch after weeks of round and round...BUT I'M BEING CHARGED FOR IT! No one seems to be able to fix this problem.
On top of that I have yet to receive my link or tile for my free laptop, when I ask about this ( to serval agents in the last 3 weeks) no one has ever heard of this deal supposedly. I know it was a real deal.
All my documents I signed for the 5g home internet deal seem to have magically vanished....I have a friend who did the deal at the same time and has received both the Nintendo and Laptop without hassel....I have talked to a total of 10 agents in the last two days....
If this does not get resolved soon I will be leaving Verizon because something this simple should not be this hard to fix!!
