Frustration Is An Understatement... 5G Internet

Decided to switch from Xfinity to Verizon 5G.  Worst decision.

"Easy" set-up? Not even close. 

-The QR code sent me to the Verizon app home screen & not to the set-up directions.

-My call was transferred 2x.

-1.22 hours on the phone with a Verizon tech support representative.

-Still unable to connect 5G Internet!

I requested a technician visit my home next week.

Considering canceling and staying with Xfinity (glad I didn't cancel them yet).
