Got error: "Sorry! We are unable to complete your order online at this time. Please try again later or contact customer service at 800-256-4646. "

When I try to connect the Verizon Internet Gateway through WIFI, I got this error message:"Sorry! We are unable to complete your order online at this time. Please try again later or contact customer service at 800-256-4646.".
I am a new user, and this is my first time to connect the gateway.
