Got my gateway today, still can’t use it

Got my gateway today, still can’t use it , have went through everything that I was told to do , and absolutely useless!!! Red light steadily blinking.,, this motem is absolutely junk !!!  I really hope you aren’t charging me for something that absolutely doesn’t work at all in any shape or form!!!🙄

send me box to mail it back, I’m not waisting anymore gas or time with this

Hello, Susan190. Having access to connect your service is a must. Help is here. Which service did you receive? Was it the LTE Verizon Home Internet or the 5G version?
