I have not received my router after ordering weeks ago. There must have been some sort of glitch in the system as when I ordered the home internet, I put in to have the router delivered to my shipping address, not billing address. Instead, the receipt showed that the router would be shipped to my billing address. I called and was told that my order would be cancelled and that I simply needed to reorder. This never happened and I soon got an email that my order had been shipped. This was several weeks ago. When checking again, it shows that my router is somewhere in Indiana, but is marked as delivered despite being in a random shipping warehouse. I simply need a router sent to my service address, but am unable to do so as long as my router is still "in transit." I haven't even started my business relationship with Verizon and I am already fully unimpressed with their customer service abilities.
