Placed the order for my wifi gateway dec 17th. Redeemed the Xbox series on the 18th & placed the order as well. The gateway arrived on Dec 20th. No email for the 200$ Amazon gift card redeem at all. I have called verizon about 15 times to resolve this issue and the have done nothing but give me the run around. Xbox order still says to "Ship soon" while no email at all for the Amazon gift card. It's now January 2nd 2024 & Verizon has STILL yet to get back to me with some sort of update. My wifi has been active for 12 days now. I'm wondering if anyone else is having trouble with this?

It's been more complex than that. Amazon offer was never sent & Xbox status has been on "Ordered" since December 18th. Spoke to someone briefly via chat who said the issue would be resolved before January 10th but I am very skeptical since I've yet to receive an actual email confirming this to be true.

I'm having the same issue. Haven't received the Xbox series x yet. Says shipping on February 2nd. Got an email from UPS saying it was shipped, then returned due to wrong address. Verizon has the address right in their system. What kind of stuff are you guys trying to pull? I'll never recommended Verizon to anyone I know.

Still have not received a so called email I was supposed to receive. Same run around for the 4th time now. You guys customer service is seriously subpar.

So after multiple attempts I finally receive a promo code for the Xbox and the promo code doesnโt even work .
I then contacted customer service and get transferred to 5 different people that canโt help and get sent right back to the same sales team member that has no idea why I was transferred to them. .
Why is this so difficult ? I purchased 5G home internet from Verizon over another competitors 5G ONLY because of the promo , itโs been activated for months and I pay my bill ; Now send me the Xbox and gift card . This run around is very annoying !
