Hi guys.
I used to have a Verizon 5G home internet connection (until February of this year)
I was moving to a different address and decided to cancel my 5G home internet connection. Since, I brought the connection online, I chatted with a representative who cancelled my account, however I forgot to pay remaining $60 immediately, and my account got deleted.
I tried to contact my previous address for the letter Verizon (it contains my account number) mails.
but unfortunately, they did not respond.
Now Verizon has reported my ssn and my credit score has gone down. 😞
I tried contacting Verizon via phone (since chat is not an option without an active account) but could not.
tl;dr : please help me find my old/deactivated account number so that I may pay the remaining amount.
Thank you

Hey srav69, I know how things like paying that last bill can slip your mind, especially if you're in the middle of a move. It also sounds like the account has been sent for collections, so there is only one team that can assist. You can reach out In-House Recovery team to see if they can help, and take your payment. They can be reached on weekdays from 8am - 6pm CT at 800-852-1922.
I hope that this information helps.
