I have not received the return kit (prepaid return label and packing box for returning the Verizon-owned Home Internet equipment).
I keep receiving reminder emails that I should return the equipment otherwise I will be charged $200. I tried calling, but was passed around for 1 hour with no one able to help. I tried the chat, but it does not let me log in as I no longer have service connected to my account.
Can anyone help me with this?
