I have called 3 times just to get a return box and each time I'm told it is on the way, and it has never been sent. Now they want to bill me 200 dollars for the device. This is after they promised 500mb down, and I got 7. SEVEN. I cancelled the service within the 30 days and was told a return box would come. After the 3rd call to get one (that makes a total of 4 return boxes that never came) I gave up. Now they want 200 dollars? Not gonna happen.

My neighbor is going through the same thing. We're going to check with the rest of the community and see who else signed up with your door to door salesman that day, and who else is having this issue with returning the device and being billed for it because we didn't return it. I've done my due diligence. Next step will be coming together with the others and contacting NBC 5 investigates to look into just how many people are having the issue, because I read several others in these forums.

Never. I have received none of the 4 that were supposed to come.

same asked for return kit 2 weeks ago to return old router and it never came. something suspicious going on for sure...
