My girlfriend is telling me that my new 5g internet, is causing her computer to freeze. Is anyone else having this problem?
Nope - and this is extremely generic. Many people do not understand "network slowness" and "PC slowness" and what the difference is either. "Freezing" could be anything. Is it the web browser that's "freezing" or the whole PC? Usually clicking on the start menu is an easy way to tell the difference.
Correlation vs. Causation - I've seen many times it's coincidental things start happening completely unrelated to a change as well.
More information (Router, times this happens, what sites, what browser they are using, when was the computer last restarted, etc.) would be helpful.
It is definitely unusual that the computer is freezing Jcawter, but we'll be glad to help out. Could you clarify how is the internet freezing the computer? Are any other devices having issues with it?
