I got home 5G about 2 months ago, and when its working it's great, but we do get sevral short drops throughout the day which line up with my phone also shifting from 5GUW to either 5G or LTE, which seems to indicate a 5gUW outtage, shouldn't my home router box switch to the slower service like my phone does?

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. We're here to take a look. Is there a certain time of day that this happens? How long do the drops last? ~Peter

No specific time of the day, it's happens randomly at any time of the day, I do notice that when the home 5G drops out, that my cell phone goes from 5GUW to either regualr 5G or LTE, which leads me to asssume the home system only operates on the 5G UW, and I believe there's only one tower in my immediate proximity.

Thanks for that information. Does your service drop out for the same amount of time each time this happens? How long have you been running into an issue with these drops in service? Has this been happening since you got the 5G router?

This has happened pretty much since the day we got the system, they only last maybe 2 minutes at the most, but that disconnects streaming services and remote sessions and it's frustrating.
