March of 2024, I switched to Verizon Home Internet with an offer that guaranteed me an Nintendo Switch, along with a gift card to Target after so many months of continuous service. Once I reached that mark, I redeemed both of these offers through the tiles on My Verizon and was emailed a digital gift card to target AND emailed shipping CONFIRMATION for my new Nintendo Switch. After waiting a few days for delivery, the status on my order changed to say it was on back order. I have chatted with several reps who ensured me it would come eventually but they could not update me on the situation. The order has since disappeared from my orders tab. I have email history with tons of information about my order, but according to MyVerizon, it does not exist. I am so disappointed that Verizon is not honoring the promotion that is the entire reason I switched over from Comcast. I have been a Verizon customer for 7+ years and will not be recommending this service to anyone I know.
