Spoken to Verizon twice now and nobody ever gets back to me. I’ve been trying to redeem my home offer for the Nintendo Switch for switching over to Verizon internet, and it will not let me redeem the offer. The tile on my app doesn’t exist. Anyone else having this issue?
The offer is about to be expired, and I’m honestly very frustrated. I had to pay to cancel my Xfinity internet. I wouldn’t have even left Xfinity if it wasn’t for the offer where we could receive the Switch. Nobody I talk to has any answers or can help in anyway. They keep saying the issue is going to be escalated, and I’ll hear back. I never do. This is getting ridiculous. Weeks of me calling and waiting for answers that don’t come.

I'm sorry that you've been reaching out about the Nintendo Switch promotion and not been able to get this resolved. I want you to be able to get anything you qualified for. As part of that can you give me a rough idea of when you completed your purcahse? Additonally what did you purchase to qualify for the offer? Was it service with our cellular services or FiOS/wired internet/fiber services?
