Home depot gift card

I ordered and activated the 5g home internet. I was supposed to get info to redeem a 200 home depot card. I have not received anything. How do I go about doing this?

Hey there, TStraka, we want to make sure you receive your offer. Can you let us know when you purchased the 5G Home Internet? Was the service activated right after the purchase?

Sorry about the delay in responding.  I placed my first order by phone on July 15th. It was activated a couple of weeks after. I also placed a second order on August 13th and have not received any information on the promos for either of them.

Thanks for sharing those dates, if you did place two orders one thing to keep in mind is a promotion like the gift card can only be claimed by once on an account. To look at things further, I'll be sending you a Private Message.
