Verizon home internet 

is the worst home internet in existence. 
I would never recommend to a friend.

I'm sorry you're having some troubles with home internet. It's not what we want to see, and we do have lots of troubleshooting support we can offer, to make sure you're getting the most value out of your internet. To get a few details so we can help out, is this related to intenet via a 5G Home or LTE Home device? Or are you using Verizon FIOS services for your home?

We’ve talked to over 5 tech support reps each for a long period of time over the past months. The internet still slows down every evening and blacks out for a little while almost every single night. It does not matter how many devices are using the service. The service is slow slow and inconsistent you can’t even do a simple zoom call in the mornings, but afternoons work okay. I’ve never seen an internet so fickle, yet consistently bad at the exact same times every day!

At this point we will cancel Verizon home internet. 
the reason is 

the worst home internet we have ever had.
