I am returning the hardware for my 5G home internet, and 5 days ago I was told that Verizon is sending me a box to return the equipment in. However, it still hasn't arrived and I can't find any kind of tracking number. I don't want to find out that the box has been lost later on and have to pay the $200 for the equipment. When should I start to be concerned that the return box does not arrive?
