How to get Verizon to add mobile + 5G home internet discount?

I switched to Verizon, both postpaid mobile and 5G home internet, over six months ago. I was promised $15/mo off for signing up for both. Well six bills later, still no discount. Support is zero help. The agents just disconnect when they figure out they can’t help me.
Has anyone gotten their mobile + home discount without further escalation?

We definitely want to get you all the discounts you qualify for. The Mobile + Home discount should auto apply with your wireless account. We will need to look into this further with you to find the issue. We are sending you a Private Note so we can work together on getting this resolved.

For reader context, the message Verizon sent just says to reply when I’m available to talk to support.
I’ve already wasted hours talking to dozens of support agents. I’m not doing that again. I’m not IT, you are. I’ve sent all my info, you guys can see my accounts. Fix it.
