So I initially expedited my purchase of getting the Home5G simply because of the promotion promised. Why am I having such a hard time locating how to receive my Amazon gift card and Xbox ?

I'm having the same issue. I just had FiOS installed less than an hour ago. I selected the option to receive a $200 Amazon gift card and it is not visible within my additional offerings post-installation. Was I supposed to register for this gift card before I even had the installation take place? That's doesn't make any sense. I do not care if the offer expired. No one should be expected to redeem an additional offer prior to having access to a product. Please reach out to me directly and give me a redemption code for my gift card. This will be a deciding factor as to whether or not I cancel the service entirely.

Gilbert,
I just got off the phone with customer service and they told me this promotion didn't exist. Yet I still have a screen shot and a few articles online that referenced this promotion for both the Xbox, Verizon gift card, and Amazon gift card.
Please update me soon so I know whether to cancel service or not.

I did and was able to order the Xbox. But when I inquired with customer service about the gift card also I was told it was an our not and. Yet that's not what the promotion stated when I signed up.
I ordered it on 12\27.

I did not receive the gift card Via Email after I activated my home internet. I received an E-mail that stated I needed to click on the redemption icon under "Make the most of your plans". I did and it only listed the X-box and nothing about the gift card / echo show.
There is supposed to be a ticket to promotions to correct this as of Friday but I haven't been contacted again about the issue since.
