I am currently going through the same problem.I was at home a Verizon person came to my home and I signed up for Verizon Internet I was promised a $200 target gift card and a Nintendo switch along with a credit on my account if I left my current provider for the amount of my current provider charged me for leaving them. Iโve now had Verizon for three months Iโve paid every bill everything is on time all cashiers have been cleared I have called at least six times and been told that the switch was being mailed to me Iโve been told that I would receive the vouchers several times I have never received anything I didnโt get anything in my email and I have not gotten anything in my app. I am currently waiting for a support team thatโs going to be reviewing the status of this promotion and the promotion. I specifically left my prior company for this promotion and was promised that I would get these things and I have received nothing. If I do not receive these things by the end of the next billing cycle I will be contacting the attorney general and the consumer fraud department in my state. This is absolutely outrageous Iโve been told time and time again that I would be getting these things and I switched from my old phone provider and Internet provider to Verizon specifically for these promotions because someone came to my home and pitched these to me at my home. I donโt know what is more egregious The fact that they lied about that I was gonna these promotions or the fact that Iโve had to wait months for them even if I do end up getting them. Which I highly doubt.
