I had to create a new account because I was sent a replacement internet router that has a different phone number. When I created the new account it states I am not the account owner I am the only person who lives here and the only name on the account. Why am I not the account owner? I can not set up auto pay. I never had this problem with the old router phone number account. I can login and everything is working just fine I just need to be the account owner of my own account.
