I can’t redeem my $200 Verizon Gift Card

I switch over to Verizon WiFi in September 2023. The technician that came to install my WiFi told me that there was  an ongoing offer for a $200 gift card or other offers. I received and email for the offers available and I wanted to choose the $200 but I wasn’t able to select it until December 2023. Okay fine, December comes around and I am finally able to select the $200 gift card but it doesn’t ever load. It just stays stuck on the loading screen. I’ve tried on multiple devices and at different times/day but I still have the same issue. 

I called towards the end of December and the representative told me I would receive two emails to redeem my gifts cards because I also had another one for $50 so a total of $250. I have continuously been checking my email and the junk section but I haven’t seen anything. I know calling can take sometime so I don’t want to waste my time again just so I can get lied to. I have until January 31st to redeem this offer and I don’t want to lose it.

No hope so far.  After 8 failed promises from the Verizon agent, I kept on getting the same false information.  

I will send a formal complaint to Verizon.
