I currently have the 5G gateway and four lines in my account and for the past couple weeks both service connections with the mobile devices call keeps getting dropped or it won’t connect or economic calls. The Internet keeps saying it’s not available when it is as available again and Disconnecting me from my correspondence and taking classes online. It’s really starting to affect our daily usage and thinks we have to do and we cannot connect to the Internet. Should I just cancel this whole plan and go with a different company or what is Verizon going to do to compensate to customers who has had issues with their services And have a very high monthly bill

What router do you have?
What's your 5G signal strength? You can go to the router page under the status. Weak signal strength will cause the issues you are referencing as well.
