I recently moved and was told by a chat-rep that in order to change the service address on my Verizon 5g account I needed to sign up for new service. I went ahead and did that, and was sent new equipment, Only to find a few days later that the equipment I received was not even supposed to be shipped to me. Needless-to-say that I spent hours on the phone getting this issue resolved. I really do not know how resolved this issue actually is though. Now when I log in to the Verizon website and go to the HOME INTERNET page I am unable to do anything such as adjust settings, When I go to the HOME INTERNET page all I am able to see are a bunch of ads LIKE I AM A NEW CUSTOMER. I have had Verizon 5g Internet for about a year now Is there something that I need to do since I was sent the wrong equipment?. After giving Verizon the information that they needed off of the box such as the IMEI number and the ICCID and being on the phone with Verizon for hours, I thought the issue was resolved, and I did not think anything more would come of it

As having just moved myself, I know how much stress does into moving, todd-dj-reese. Internet is an integral part of getting settled into a new home, and I apologize for all the trouble you've had with your 5G Home Internet. I want to make sure I full understand what is happening. It sounds like you have the service up and running at the new address, but it does not appear on your My Verizon account to manage. Is that correct?

After numerous chat sessions and talking to A LOT of customer service reps at Verizon, I did finally talk to a rep who was actually able to give me the information that I needed. After I explained my situation to her, she told me that the procedure to manage my devices has changed and she told me what I needed to do to manage my devices. I just did not expect the procedure to change when I had my service transferred. Especially since the rep that I spoke with when the transfer of my service was complete, did not provide me with that information. As far as I know everything is AWESOME now. But if there is anything else that I should know, I would appreciate it very much if someone would pass that information along to me. THANK YOU.
