I signed up with 5G internet and they gave me a rebate which requires me to sign into the website of Verizon but it will not let me sign in. It says Something went wrong. I talked to chat and she is not understanding what I need help with. She is only concerned with the rebate.
I have a prepaid account and I think that is messing with the 5G account. But not sure. How do I get help...I've been on chat for an hour and this woman has no clue.
Edited to add: Once I signed into the Community forum, I was able to sign into My Verizon...go figure.
