I had a whole Sunday where I had to reset the router seven or eight times to get marginal internet.

I have had 5G Home Internet for about 2 weeks now, and this past Sunday and early into Monday it became unusable. I had to reset the router 7-8 times and finally did a factory reset before I could get internet back to the point I could work. I have never experienced anything like this, and checked my Verizon 5G phones and they all had internet access during this. I will be calling support if the problem continues.

Hello, Beachy1616. Ensuring you have only the best in service is always our goal. Please tell us more. Which service do you have, meaning, LTE or 5G? Are there any pending software updates? Have you moved recently? When did this issue begin?

What router are you running?
What is your 5G signal strength underneath the router status page?

It is an Archnet, the signals show -109 4G and 0.0 5G, it is working right now, and giving me the typical 60-70 Mbps download and 1-2 Mbps upload. It has only once gotten to 152 Mbps download and 12 Mbps upload. And it has never gotten a 5g signal other than in the Verizon store.
