I’m being charged 200 for router I can’t return.

Hi I am very upset. I had discontinued my home internet with Verizon because it was not working at my house I live at. But I never recieved box or label to ship back the router! Now I am being charged 200 dollars on my account even though there was no way for me to send back the box! I am not going to pay this money when I wasn’t given the opportunity to send it back.
