I need a new equipment return kit.

Hello, by accident we lost the equipment return kit 1 day after we received it.
Is there a way to ask for an additional one to be send to the same original address? I still have like 2 and half weeks left to do it.

I've been trying to use the chat, but it's been impossible. I cannot call right now because I'm out of the country, but I could ask a friend to do it for me in the US.
Any help will be appreciated, thank you!

I finally managed to send the equipment in one of the stores, it wasn't easy at all but I could do it.
