I switched from the 5G Home internet to the 5G Home plus because I wanted the extra speed

When I switched, the 2 bars immediately went to 3 bars but now it's back down to 2 bars and I am not happy since I will be paying a lot more for speed that I'm not getting.
The verizon guy told me to use the locator to find the best spot and it told me right by the window, which is where it is already.
I'm just wanting to talk with people who might have figured out how to raise the bars back up. But I will be going back to ATT Air soon, I'm sure. I should have never switched, but Verizon has better customer support than ATT.

We want to ensure that you're receiving the services as expected. Bars of service do not indicate actual speeds of connection. I recommend running a speed test while connected to your 5G Home Internet and ensure that they are falling within the speeds listed here https://www.verizon.com/about/our-company/network-performance You'll want to look at speeds listed under Verizon Wireless>Mobile service and fixed wireless> 5G Home Plus.
