I just switched from the ASK-NCQ1338FA model to the WNC-CR200A. I was able to use IP passthrough to connect it to my ASUS router with no problems. I was able to get both 5ghz and 2.4ghz.
With the new WNC model, IP passthrough is broken. 2.4ghz is disconnected, I have to option to try to reconnect it and then nothing works when I connect it to my ASUS router, not even the 5ghz.
One: how do I connect the 2.4ghz?
Two: what other settings do I need to enable/dissable to get IP passthrough to work properly.

Why are you trying to turn on IP passthrough AND wifi on the router? *confused*
On my ASK, you couldn't, and why would you? 🙂

Hello ViperXBT22, thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry you're having issues with your connections. Have you tried to restart the connection from scratch? What error message do you get if you try to connect to the 2.4GHz connection?
