I live in the Eagan area and for the past 2 months the signal strength is extremely poor. I tried to restart through the app and it tried for 35 minutes before stating it cannot connect to my gateway. When I first got your internet there was no problem. I have continued to troubleshoot. Your agents try to do tge same thing with no solution. I will be looking into other options as my equipment does not stay connected. Just letting you know .

I think Verizon messed up there network at the end of Aug. The 5g has been really poor on both phone and 5g home router. Went from 500mb to barely 40mb on some days. The outage map has show an outage but the repair date just increases every day. They have been pretty much non responsive. I think at this point we vote with our money . I am currently looking for another provider as well. We also have a business account with 300+ lines that I will be recommending we find another provider for. Thats the only way that verizon will wake up.
