I have had the 5G home internet for months now and I feel like I’m paying for nothing. The Internet goes out all day. I even purchased a WiFi Extender because at first I couldn’t get Internet service in the back of my own house and my house is not that big and the extender works but it still frequently goes out all day. The Verizon 5G Internet is like having dropped calls all throughout the day.

My daughter could be in the middle of doing an online assignment and get kicked out.

I won’t recommend this service to anyone.

The last thing we want is for your home internet to not work as needed. Internet is a very important part of daily life, and we want it to be as reliable as possible. Where is your gateway located in your home? Is it being blocked or obstructed by anything?

I am having same problem, internet really slow ! Have moved device to  different locations but it didn't help. I get disconnected several times. This is so frustrating,  I wish I woukd have stayed with xfinity cause I never had these problems !
